Retail Theraphy vol 21: Just As You Are
The title track is a very nice cut from Ronnie Laws "Solid Ground" CD. Sade, Boney James, Marvin Gaye, Dave Koz, and Najee keep this CD nice and smooth. Marvin Gaye's "Just To Keep You Satisfied" adds that extra romantic Touch. Very relaxing.JustAsYouAre.mp3

Retail Theraphy vol 22: Rain
"Rain" as a title for this CD just hit me. I'd never heard the SWV song until I started just checking that title, fits perfectly. Grover Washington & John Blake Jr "Reed Seed" was my inspiration, but "Daydreaming" showcasing Cassandra Wilson is definitely the icing on this CD. Rick Braun, Eddie Kendricks, Teddy Pendergrass, and a real nice "Subways Are For Sleeping" by Wendy Moten make for very nice listening.rain.mp3

Retail Theraphy vol 23: Better With Time
Inspirational is the only way to describe this CD. The Cars start off with their thought-provoking mega hit "Drive". Boney James, Mariah Carey, Gerald Albright and so many others create a smooth uplifting sound. The topper is Brownstone "I Can't Tell You Why", while Will Downing's version of the Average White Band's classic "If I Ever Loose This Heaven" rounds things off nicely.

Retail Theraphy vol 24: Rain On Christmas
This CD is a collaboration between two of my favorite albums, David Sanborn's "As We Speak" and Chuck Mangione's "Fun & Games". Both albums showcase some of the most beautiful music I've heard. That, together with Maxwell, The Bee Gees, and Gino Vannelli make this a very, very relaxing CD. Lauryn Hill graces the CD with my future wedding song "Nothing Really Matters".

Retail Theraphy vol 26: Sunshine
Warm glow that travels through the very core of your body to insulate the Soul...Love is like Sunshine! Ella Mai so warmly brings that feeling with the dynamic "Boo'd Up". But first had to bring in Elizabeth Mis putting things "Into The AtMISphere"; "Round And Round" keeps things going with Euge Groove. Like a ray of sunlight, Hi-Five reminds us of the (Kissing Game) in "I Like The Way". "Hypnotic" is how Love feels for Boney James & George Benson, while Darren Rahn & Maxine Hardcastle feel "Speechless".....Nicholas Cole, Aretha Franklin, Nelson Rangell, Anthony Hamilton, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Najee, Estero.

Retail Theraphy vol 29: The Look Of Love
Upbeat and fun was a nice change with this volume. Natalie Cole is warm and cozy with "Tell Me All About It". It then slides into Diana Krall doing what I feel is the best version of the title track I've ever heard. Your soul will smoothly move up and down with this volume.

Retail Theraphy vol 30: Street Life
The Crusaders and Randy Crawford gave us the immortal title track. Themed with issues from the streets, it features straight shooting artists like Angie Stone, Gerald Levert; and the deeply emotional Dave Hollister coming strong with "My Favorite Girl". The vocals and jazz will have you feeling the drama.

Retail Theraphy vol 31: True
Spandau Ballet's title track was the inspiration. Earl Klugh brings things in with the beautiful "Living Inside Your Love". Madonna, George Michael, Hall & Oates, David Sanborn keep this volume on that smooth path. Both thoughts and spirit will be moved.

Retail Theraphy vol 32: Africa
To the Homeland. This volume was a thought, but then I had to figure out how it was going to come together. In comes Ladysmith Black Mamabazo with Des'ree, "Ain't No Sunshine". Of course the great Earth, Wind, & Fire, Enya and a mix of the title track from Toto. Highs and lows from "Tomorrow" to "Rain". Feel Africa.

Originally this volume was named "I Remember", but after hearing the title track, I found the nature of this volume. The most beautiful voices ever, including Chaka Khan, Lauryn Hill, Teena Marie, Keyshia Cole and of course Denice Williams.

The coldness of Love is the theme. Janis Ian sets the mood with the title track. Michael Lington reminds his Love in "I'm Still Thinking Of You". 10cc's "I'm Not In Love", Wendy Moten "It's Over Now", and Tracy Chapman's plea in "The Love That You Had". Scott Cossu, Anthony Hamilton & LaToiya Williams, Luther Vandross, David Bowie, Bob James, Earl Klugh, Nightnoise. A very relaxing volume.

Retail Theraphy vol 40: Sailing
Of course you know I had to tribute one of the most relaxing cuts ever put out by Christopher Cross, and it is very nice. Maxwell, Al Jarreau, Peabo Bryson, Boz Scaggs, and a live "Smooth Sailin' by The Isley Bothers. "Innocence" by Boney James is a must hear.
